Good Morning Smoothie

Here is a quick and easy start to incorporating something healthy into your diet.

You shouldn’t have to break the bank to be healthier. I was taking a look at all the stuff I keep in my fridge and cabinets regularly and just started throwing things in the nutribullet. Then I added a green apple and banana so it wont taste weird and I’ve been drinking this almost every morning. Better than taking multivitamins!

¼ Green Apple
3 sticks Carrots
about 1 ½in English Cucumber
½ stalk Celery
½ Banana
few leaves of baby spinach
1 tsp Chia Seeds
1 tsp Almonds
1 tsp Honey
¼c OJ
¼c Pineapple Juice
*Garlic clove (optional) add a few leaves of parsley to avoid garlic breath!

Put everything in your nutribullet or blender and enjoy. Its refreshing and nutritious.
